Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  

Clearance Items

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jwood2157@aol.com and send your item to: 2458 Fm 850 E Overton Texas US 75684.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless we are the one who shipped the wrong size or item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To choose a Lay-away

Add your products to cart then choose the checkout option. Enter your Shipping address, then choose "continue". Choose the "Continue to Payment Method" . When Choosing a payment option choose Laybuy and Click the "Complete order" button. Choose the "down payment %" and the "Months to pay". The Click "Put It on Laybuy" You can use your credit card with Paypal or your existing paypal account.

Payment Options

Orders must be paid off within 2 month and must be paid via Credit Card or Paypal. Orders valued $300 can be set up longer payments and can be paid either via PayPal or Credit Card, the choice is yours.

Cancellations, Order Changes & Price Adjustments

If we are not able to reach you and set up your Payment Plan within two weeks of original attempt, your Easy Payment Plan order will be cancelled and your deposit will be retained by Jens Kids Boutique.

If we are not able to collect a payment within 5 business days from the first attempt, your Easy Payment Plan order will be canceled..

Our customers reserve the right to cancel their Easy Payment Plan orders or items at any point. If you choose to cancel items from your Easy Payment Plan order, 15% deposit for cancelled items will be subtracted from your refund. If you choose to cancel the entire order, we will retain your initial deposit.

 Easy Payment Plan items do not qualify for price adjustments.

Your non-refundable deposit may not be used toward any other orders with US . It is retained by us to cover our expenses associated with providing your with a layaway option.
